Yoshiko Chuma, choreographer and artistic director of the School of Hard Knocks, will share an excerpt from her new multidisciplinary work, Dead End, Hay! Women, with video design by Kit Fitzgerald, music by Ginger Dolden, and performances by Kathy Ray, Sarah Skaggs, Vicky Shick, Catherine Galasso, Ursula Eagly, Irene Hultman, Miriam Parker, Patricia Nicholson Parker, Jodi Melnick, Megumi Eda, and Chuma.

Nicky Paraiso, performer, musician, and curator at La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club, will perform short improvisational movement excerpts based on choreographic instructions created in advance by veteran dance-makers Jon Kinzel and Vicky Shick. This research and investigative work is in preparation for a new dance-theater performance—a dynamic meditation about getting older, both alone and collectively with one's fellow artists—to be premiered in 2018.

All Sundays on Broadway events are free and open to the public.

All events begin at 6:00pm. Doors open at 5:45pm at WeisAcres, 537 Broadway, #3. There are no reservations. Seating is first come, first served. Keep in mind, this is a small space! Please arrive on time out of courtesy to the artists.
